Overall the experience with this dealership was good. Negotiations were professionally handled, there was no undue pressure, and the repair promised in a "we owe" was completed professionally.
I scheduled my appointment for my 2023 GMC Denali online for 10am on July 1, 2025. I arrived at 9:50 am. The service advisor promptly greeted me and entered the information for the appointment. Communication is horrible. The salesman was great but managment is terrible. Was suppose to have my car delivered Tues. , then Wed. no communication exept on Thursday they said they would send pics when it was picked up. Once again, have not gotten confirmation if it was picked up or not. Meanwhile I am paying insurance on a vehicle I have not seen and don't know when I will. Left a message for one of the managers with no response
Everything in the process was perfect until the date of pick up and beyond…The reason mainly is their finance person, Chris. He does not communicate, does not return calls and leaves you in limbo. Like right now. My payment is due in the 18th and I still have not received the supposed flash drive that contains all the paperwork. I have no idea where to send the payment. At the end of our negotiations, I requested to remove to aftermarket warranties for over five thousand dollars. Was flat out told he'll pull this deal off the table, if I don't purchase these two warranties that I didn't want. I don't think that's legal.Why don't you tell me if it is

All the sales people that I dealt with were remarkable. I just fee that I was hustled a bit by the financial rep. He talked me into a 5 year extended warranty on my 2 year ole Encore GX and didn't emphasize that it cost so much. However, I must admit that I stupidly signed the contract. Not happy with outcome.

I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the service that I received. Chevy seemed high on price for their diagnose and recommend that we take it to GMC. If I could go back, I would go back to Chevy in a heartbeat and pay the more money. Goes back to you get what you pay for. They did a diagnose for around 200 and a video that was about 2 minutes long telling everything that was wrong. Got the truck I wanted after 8 hour round trip to get it except the paint was covered in swirls and scratches after they applied their “advantage/special dealer coating” with a dirty pad. They did correct it by paying for paint correction (after multiple ignored emails). A brand new truck shouldn’t have needed that. A lot of time spent to resolve a problem that shouldn’t have existed. As an out-of-state buyer, I made a purchase of a 2019 used vehicle and was told multiple lies from other staff members. Prior to leaving the dealership, I mentioned the need for the outside keypad access code for the keyless entry but opted to leave since I had a long drive ahead. Daniel was wonderful - truly a nice guy who’s selling vehicles. Julian was also great. The process was easy and fast. Would have been 5 stars had the manager answered my questions completely on the first ask and not talked to his staff like they were garbage in front of customers. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Overall, a relatively stress-free experience with friendly staff.
