I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the service that I received. Chevy seemed high on price for their diagnose and recommend that we take it to GMC. If I could go back, I would go back to Chevy in a heartbeat and pay the more money. Goes back to you get what you pay for. They did a diagnose for around 200 and a video that was about 2 minutes long telling everything that was wrong. The went to fix the first thing and wanted another 570 for two hours to take the starter off and continued with another two separate diagnosed ...

My experience with them was not the best. I am happy with the car I bought but the process was longer than it needed be. To begin with, the salesperson had the price of the car wrong on quote sheet and seemed unaware of their online price. Got the truck I wanted after 8 hour round trip to get it except the paint was covered in swirls and scratches after they applied their “advantage/special dealer coating” with a dirty pad. They did correct it by paying for paint correction (after multiple ignored emails). A brand new truck shouldn’t have needed that. A lot of time spent to resolve a problem that shouldn’t have existed. My salesman “Daniel” was great, I however can’t say that for the overall experience. As an out-of-state buyer, I made a purchase of a 2019 used vehicle and was told multiple lies from other staff members. Prior to leaving the dealership, I mentioned the need for the outside keypad access code for the keyless entry but opted to leave since I had a long drive ahead. Daniel was wonderful - truly a nice guy who’s selling vehicles. Julian was also great. The process was easy and fast. Would have been 5 stars had the manager answered my questions completely on the first ask and not talked to his staff like they were garbage in front of customers. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Overall, a relatively stress-free experience with friendly staff.

Overall I’m happy with the truck I bought. The finance and sales department, not so much. After sitting and waiting for nearly 3 hours for the paperwork to be ready on a Sunday afternoon with no other customers on site, I finally get to sign for the new truck. I was told by Chris the sales guy that the truck was either $36 or $38,000. When the paperwork was ready it was shown as $40,000. Purchased a used 2021 Chevy Malibu from them back in April and recently went back for my free oil change and to get my tires rotated. When I was looking at the car I noticed the glovebox was damaged and was told that they would get that fixed for me. Brought our 22 GMC Denali in for a battery, not really looking to buy a new truck but Mathew came out and showed us a 24 2500 and it had the prettiest color, between a brown and maroon. We worked a deal traded in the 22 and drove off the lot with the 24. Mathew was great in working the deal, getting the truck prepped with a full tank of diesel and then setting us up on the app. Great guy!
