I am always skeptical of dealerships when purchasing a new vehicle but Gainesville GMC and Jacqueline in Sales made my opinion of the car purchase process completely change - for the Gainesville dealership at least. I did everything initially by text, email and by phone calls so by the time I drove from Jacksonville to Gainesville, all I needed to do was sign some paperwork and pick up my new truck. The dealership is very friendly and most importantly, very transparent. I felt like I got a very good deal for both my trade in and new truck purchase price and the buying process was simplified so that the entire process was very pleasant. I could not recommend this operation enough!!!

There was a miscommunication between the claims adjuster and the body shop manager. However it did get straightened out.

Brandon Sturm was amazing also very helpful and very honest about numbers/price. I brought a 2022 RAV4 amazing vehicle drives amazing super clean. I will like to mention the guy in the back did not catch his name that washes/details did an excellent job. I have no complaints at all. I will be back for next purchase 100%
